GM plans to continue its partnership to sell new vehicles on eBay through the end of September. The company says that response to the program has been positive and has increased customer awareness of current Buick, Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac products. free car and driver
Official numbers from GM say the partnership has attracted one million visitors to the eBay sub-site and has reportedly encouraged 4000 buyers to contact GM dealerships based on deals they saw online. The program currently only includes 225 dealerships in California, but GM is considering extending the program nationwide. The company will soon add extra 2010 model-year vehicles to the online listings.
